Ingredients | 材料 :

(A)
260g  Cake flour, sieved | 低根麵粉,過篩
   1  teaspoon baking powder | 泡打粉 1茶匙,過篩

(B)
160g  Unsalted butter, room temperature | 無鹽牛油 (室溫回溫)
100g  Milk, room temperature | 鮮奶 (室溫)
  90g  Red sugar | 紅糖
150g  Egg, beaten, room temperature | 雞蛋 (室溫回溫)
 1 riped banana, mashed | 熟透香蕉1只
 1/4 tsp salt | 鹽 1/4 茶匙
 30 pcs pecan | 碧根核桃 30粒
 little chopped dark chocolate, optional | 苦朱古力碎 (可選)

2. beat butter, sugar and salt until smooth

3. add beaten egg in portions, beat well after each addition

4 & 5. add 1/3 sieved powder, 1/3 milk, whisk well. Add remaining milk, whisk well, add remaining powder and scrapper well

6a. apportion batter into mold, lay mashed banana in middle layer

6b. add little batter on top

6c.  place pecan on top of each cup cake

7. sprinkle chopped choco on top

8. bake in 170C preheated oven for around 20 minutes until golden

  1. Weigh ingredients. Preheat oven to 190C 20 minutes before baking
  2. Beat butter with red sugar and salt until smooth
  3. Add beaten egg in portions, beat well after each addition
  4. Add 1/3 sieved powder (A), 1/3 portion milk, whisk well until incorporated. Add remaining milk, whisk well
  5. Add remaining sieved powder (A), mix well with a scrapper
  6. Apportion batter into the mold with paper cups with the help of a spoon, place mashed banana in the middle, put on little batter on top, place pecan on top
  7. Sprinkle chopped choco on top (optional)
  8. Bake in preheated oven and adjust it to 170C, bake for about 20 minutes or until golden
  9. Take out, let cool
